The hallways were stained, the elevators smelled like urine or worse, the beds didn’t have actual comforters (just sheets). The bathroom had opened soap with a hair on it already in the shower. I found dead gnats on my pillow. Breakfast wasn’t being served because of what sounded like a health code violation (but that is just my speculation). It was just not very clean. The staff was friendly and nice so that made it almost tolerable.

For a smoke free hotel it reeks of cigarette smoke.
We checked in and left 1.5 hours later.

Don’t Do It!!!
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HotelsThis room was NOTHING like the pictures and description. The only correct item was the bed size. There was nowhere to sit like the description said. I ignored the patches on the ceiling and the stickiness of the carpet. I even ignored the tack strip coming through the carpet and also all the damaged furniture. The one thing I couldn’t ignore was the bugs crawling in the bathroom. There was no breakfast and if it was, I would have been scared to eat it!!! I’m thankful I had my own pillow because it looked like blood or feces on theirs.

Very NOISY. Doors slam shut, you can hear people talking in the halls and next door rooms, walking down the halls, etc. Window faced parking lot with many street lights and had a very old and very ugly blind on it. No black out curtains. The sink didn't drain. We left at 3:00 am because of the noise. Front desk was absolutely no help and manager could only be reached via email. This place is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. There won't be another stay. I'm done with all Wyndham properties. They all suck.

Publié le 16 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe front desk clerk was amazing. But the keys didn't work. The maintenance guy barged into the room without knocking to bring new keys and I was undressed. Breakfast was supposed to be included. There was no breakfast only coffee. There were no towels to bathe with.
