On comprend que dans le contexte du coronavirus, il n’y avait de déjeuner mais comptoir à café et muffins enveloppés individuellement auraient été appréciés...

We waited while another guest argued about the lack of cleanliness in his room and asking for a different room. So we left.

There was a lot of noise and kids running around. Filed noise complaint and issue was not resolved. Supposed to be a non smoking building and it smelled like cigarettes. Was told I needed cash for a deposit which was not stated anywhere. Charged my card and it has not been refunded yet.

Somewhere I saw this hotel ranked quite high, now I can't find where. It's ok. It's old & has very little water pressure. Checked in & found bed sheets & comforter had 2 spots stuck together, black circles, looked like cigarette burns. They had to have noticed when they made the bed. Told them, they assigned a different room. The 1st was dark with only 1 working bedside lamp, 2nd had 4 lamps- so much better. Hot food was scrambled eggs & sausage & waffles. Eggs were not thick and fluffy, sausage had congealed fat all over. There 3 nights, last morning no hot food and waffle maker & toaster didn't work. At least it was fairly clean.
