I loved my stay at pony pontlands park from the staff to the food and grounds, the pool and spa was amazing and checking in early was a bonus. Only downside was the walk in shower was very small and no mini bar. Otherwise I will be returning :)

The staff were amazing. From the reception, to restaurant. Lovely girl on reception and Alex in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Can’t fault this beautiful place. Will be back in the new year!

Easy to check in online. On arrival reception staff member was very welcoming and helpful - nothing too much trouble. Found all staff had the same ethos.
