Staff tried to give us a Smoking room on a non-smoking reservation until i proved i had a non-smoking room reserved. We were about to sleep in the car rather than stay in a smoking room. very disappointed. If you dont like to honor other reservation stay companies like Travelocity then dont allow them to book through you.

Celebrating our 5 year’s Wedding Anniversary at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort was beautiful!! Shout out to Jay for helping us get to our room upon arrival and volunteering so much information, impressive! I want to thank Devon, our housekeeper for extra supplies for our room with no hesitations. We did have incident with our 1st room with an uninvited guest. The manager on duty, Marci addressed the situation by changing our room, giving us direct extensions for an houseman to assist us in moving to another room and a dinner voucher to any of the restaurants on property…immediately! Thank you for your kindness and putting my mind at ease. Breakfast at the cafe was very good! I don’t remember our waitress name but she went above and beyond.

The hotel is very nice. The Gordan Ransay food court was very tasty. While the room was nice. I paid for a mountain view, but my view from the third floor was an air conditioning unit and vent from the buildings other area, very disappointing. When I informed the front desk about this they wanted to charge me extra to move my room. Not what I expected from Harrahs.

Great trip to Smoky Mtns.

Had a wonderful trip to Harrahs hotel in Cherokee NC. Arrived late. Staff was friendly and helpful. We’d accidentally booked smoking room and that was fixed. Room was quiet and clean will stay again soon.

The room I paid for was non-smoking but I was not given a non-smoking room. Only got told that if I wanted non-smoking, I needed to pay additional which shouldn’t have been the caae.

Clean very helpful staff but the casino is disappointing. Two days. They are no jackpot being hit a little suspicious if you ask me.

Didn't realize the buffet was gone and the walk from the main lobby to The Cherokee tower was way too long. The staff was awesome ,especially at Guy Fieri's. Food was great.
