Dirty sheets, holes in wall, grungy, forgot to preclean?
We had to clean the unit and borrow sheets from old neighbors that we were visiting nearby. In the bunk bed room, the top bunk sheets were dirty. I have pictures. In the closet of that room-an empty pack of cigarettes and a receipt. The window in the bedroom was unlocked when we arrived with no screen (easy entry for anyone to enter and no way to get fresh air). In the front bedroom, there were candy wrappers under the bed, a lamp on a table with no way to plug in the lamp-just for show and no screens so the windows could not be opened. The living room tables were gross--sticky and not cleaned before our visit. The lamp in the living room was broken-we tried switching out bulbs but it would not turn on. In the third bedroom, I wiped down dirty footprints off the wall behind where the pillows were -so gross. The bathroom sink was definitely not wiped down--we had to clean that and the mold/mildew on the shower head to allow the water to flow. My family does not need fancy-but we had to set aside 2 of the kitchen chairs because they were too wobbly to use without breaking. I walked around collecting 2 foot long dust bunnies from the ceiling that were easy for anyone to grab. And the pictures advertised of this unit did not show the 2 large holes in the living room wall--we covered because my kids were legitimately freaked out. This unit did not meet our expectations.
