We stayed there from Friday thru Monday and our room was never cleaned... We asked the hotel staff more than 3 times and personally spoke with the housekeeper. Trash buildup in the room and the bathroom was filled with used towels. It was a very unpleasant stay.

Great service, low quality towels.

The hotel was extremely helpful with early check in. With an early flight, we were able drop our bags in the room and adventure out. The towels could have been much nicer. These towels were old with holes and mismatched. For the price I paid for 4 nights… I was expecting better.

The hotels lobby is extremely fun and well kept. However, the rooms were an entirely different experience. The room was dirty and had zero storage. We didn’t even have a chair. Not to mention that housekeeping is not performed daily. The bathroom doors have no locks and the shower has no shelves for toiletries. Overall, I would have preferred a different hotel given the abundance of options in the area.

Two issues I had was first them switching my room from a King size to a Double Queen without telling me. The other issue was that the pool water and room was cold so we didn’t enjoy it for too long which was a bummer. Other than that it was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay again as long as I have a King bed
