This is a lovely apartment with all the amenities needed for a stay. It's in a great location. This is my second stay. The apartment has pretty thin walls and floors, so be prepared with earplugs just in case.

The apparment was perfect. Its in a great location. It was very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable.The host is fantastic. She was quick to respond to any of my questions and was extremely helpful. She gives very detailed directions to accessing the unit with videos included. I highly recommend booking this apartment.

Our stay here met most of our needs, and the host was very communicative. Rooms were nice clean, and comfy, and the kitchen had the basics. Location was excellent for us since we were visiting folks who lived within a 10 minute walk. Loved being able to pick up snacks at the Whole Foods or Walgreens nearby! And proximity to several key shopping / restaurants areas was great.This location is ideal if you don’t have a car or have a parking spot lined up separately, and (in winter) if you don’t mind radiators muttering to you all night. It’s a classic old building, so could hear neighbor muffled through the walls a bit (nothing after 10 pm) but no more so than a nice hotel. Price seemed right too.

Host responds quickly to all questions. Apartment is in a very safe area and is quiet and very comfortable. Great local restaurants and shops all around. Whole Foods is 3 minute walk. Extremely well located for accessing all of the great things to do in Chicago.

Other than the one major problem that we had it seemed like a very adequate rental. The problem we had was that we rented it over Thanksgiving assuming that when they said they had a fully stocked kitchen that the stove and oven would work. However they did not, and the host had no answer to it and we were not able to cook for thanksgiving. Would not recommend this host to anyone.

Spacious, clean, updated apartment with a very comfortable bed! Our only drawback was not being able to control the temperature in the unit because it has steam radiators controlled by the building; big temp swings throughout our stay. Other than that great safe place centrally located in Lakeview.

Great location. Very clean. Secure building. Walkable neighborhood's. Very nicely redone apartment. It’s a bit noisy with the upstairs floors creaking and outside sirens, but also those are the sounds of the city to be expected. Earplugs provided. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

We were greeted by the smell of mold/rot/water damage (?) upon entering this rundown building. The focus of the budget upgrades on the apartment itself were clearly cosmetic, with comfort coming in a distant second. Very firm/shallow sofa & firm matresses (linens were clean - but no top sheet or extra blankets). Very creaky floor planks are separating from subfloor in several areas (moisture?). Upstairs neighbor's floor is also creaky. No access to a thermostat... we were told that is controlled by building mgmt; so we wore clothes to bed on a chilly night 1. Fortunately, weather warmed up for remaining days. Check-in letter offered wrong wifi password... it took 2 days to get the correct one because our host kept abandoning the conversation, then passed me off to an unknown text number who identified as "asst host", but had no clue who I was or which property I was at. The host finally responded by asking why we couldn't just use the wifi on our phones (uh, tablets, laptops...?). She finally provided the password after we looked up the correct network name on Roku. The photos look nice, but are deceiving.
