First off this was definitely nothing we expected and the birthday girl was very upset! The room smelled like urine the whole 2 nights we were there , We missed breakfast , the vending machines are trash they barely even worked and it just didn’t give we would book here again wish there was more they could offer and show good standing for but it wasn’t a good stay for us we were so ready to get back home.

It’s a very budget type of place to stay. It was not terrible but would not stay more than a night. I mean talk about no amenities. This place didn’t even provide soap.

Disgusting

Had a prepaid hot tub with a king bed room. Got up to the room to just freaking up before going out. Mold all around the ceiling of hot tub in the room. Tv did not work and no remote. Walls were dirty all around the hot tub in room. They had ceiling disco lights that changed color. The problem with these lights is even with switch off lights still flickering. Went to desk to get full refund but wasn’t able too because I prepaid with hotels.com. I not wanting to but did took another room. This room was at least clean except no working tv or remote as well. I had to go and get some help which I did get. The whole problem if anyone would have seen the first room that was giving to us and then seen the second room. Everyone would have questioned why give someone such a disgusting room when you have a room that is 100% better. I had a conversation with the front desk but to be honest they didn’t really care to hear what I had to say when I checked out.
