Toilet in my room had a broken part. In the night I woke up to about a centimeter+ of [toilet] water flooded in the entire bathroom. Maintenance came by to fix it by replacing a part, but the toilet continued to run and we had to manually make it stop during our entire stay.

This is not a 4 star hotel by European standards. I had to insist to have the room serviced and despite asking for everyday room service they came in 2 days from a 6 night stay. Room is small with a very dusty carpet on the floor and bathroom needs renovation. The best part about this hotel is the location.

The rooms don’t look anything like the pictures. I booked the standard room with a queen bed and received a room indescribably tiny (had to hop over the bed to get to the other side of the room) with only a single window. Was not very cleanly. Staff was lovely and location was good too. It’s a cheap hotel so can’t expect much.
