I paid almost $600 dollars and didn't get the room I paid for. The lady at the front desk who was very rude told me its first come first serve. Which i dont understand because my room was paid for in advanced. Also she never told me about the parking garage i had to ask her. The parking garage was two blocks away which i hated. But i will never stay at this hotel again very bad customer service. Also my friends paid for there room also but didnt get the right room .

Great Stay!

I was in town for business and enjoyed my stay. I loved the convenience of the kiosk check in. It was quick and efficient and when I ran into issues that was a staff member nearby who was able to help me. Even though the hallways were narrow and small, the room was very spacious and clean. There was a lot of traffic in and out of this hotel but the staff handled service with grace and kindness.

Super comfortable bedding, quiet, refillable water bottles and filling stations on all floors a nice touch, 24/7 coffee/espresso machine convenient. Our bedroom needed a nightstand on both sides of the bed. We were able to move a piece of furniture to create a makeshift one. Not enough outlets but we bought an extension and mini power strip.

Wonderful staff!

I cannot say enough good things about their front desk staff- they were friendly, helpful, and responsive in every instance! I also loved that they provided refillable water bottles and filling stations so that we had water both in the hotel and while walking around the city!
