I stayed on New Year’s Eve with my husband and our dog. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The concierge out front from other hotels were rude about sitting in car in the front area during check/out. The hotel was clean, but the room was pretty small for the price we paid. Overall good experience

If I could give this 100 stars I would. We came in the middle of the coldest day of the year, and over the course of the day as we were traveling I got sick. Like. SICK. I was in bad shape by the time we reached Chicago. The front desk lady was so kind, I explained the situation (we were a little early and I asked to possibly get in a little earlier) and she got us room immediately! They sent up blankets and helped us find a close spot to pick up medicine from my doctor. I was there for three days ultimately, and they checked on me and helped my friend find his way around the city for things. I will never stay anywhere else again. 100 stars!

Location and service will have me come back.
The hotel is dated and priced accordingly. The location is amazing!!! Right on the river and super close to pretty much everything you would want to visit. The room coffee, although a luring machine, was lack luster. Their lobby coffee is different but very watered down. The service was awesome. Family like feel with their interactions. Door men were very attentive and maintenance man for out clogged shower drain was fast and friendly. I would definitely stay here again but maybe when it warms up more.
