Be prepared to WAIT for the SINGLE elevator that services the 11th floor and up. Apparently the 2nd elevator has been inoperable for a long time. It literally means adding an extra 20-30 minutes to get downstairs if the hotel is full.

The woman who greeted us was absolutely phenomenal! She was kind, helpful, and gave us many recommendations. The room was perfect for what we needed, the only issue was the Wifi is not great. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The stay was good , except for the Air Conditioner which didnt work properly and the TV chromecast was down and the lift was not working properly to 11th floor so had to go to the 10th floor then take the stairs.

The location is great. The view from the river view room is just gorgeous. However, the hotel is outdated. When we were staying there, the coffe machine in the lobby was broken. There is no restaurant in hotell.

The hotel had issues where they did not work staff ran the other one that did work we stayed on the 37th floor and the staff were careless struck me in the shoulder with the elevator door and the staff got attitudes. The hotel rooms were very small it was a very unpleasant and unwelcoming stay I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Definitely not worth your money. The room was dirty, the climate control was inconsistent, and only one elevator was working for all 34 floors. Neighbors were screaming at each other in the hallways at 4 AM. The staff seemed indifferent to the concerns. Spend a few more dollars and stay at the Pendry around the corner.
