Not for the customers only about money.

When making reservation i put in a request if not elevator access i would need a 1st floor room due to my handicap. When checking in they said they never received my request & they didnt have a room on 1st floor. I paid room up front and when i arrived it was late. Then they tell you to reuse your towels to keep the cost down no room service until you check out. I can say it was quiet, confrontable bed, tv channels was not good and the ice machine was at the end of the floor and around the corner.i will never go back.

It was terrible. The cleaning lady took my phone the phone weq,q-3ass on the bed! Had no idea where it was! Finally returned to me next day. People at desk were Rude! Property needs updating! I would never stay there again! Hell hole! Sucks!

The hote didn't have an elevator, and I moved all luggage with my children to the second floor. I had booked a room for 5 people and they gave me tw0 queen beds. I slept on the floor for two nighs.
