The location is great for walking to Chicago attractions. Nice parking garages nearby. I would definitely stay there again! It is quite close to the hospital, so you may want to request a room on the other side or higher up, so the sirens don't wake you up.

It was a very noisy area, you can hear the ambulance at night, so it was a problem. When they clean the room you can notice that they did not clean the bathroom floor. We arrived at night, and the personal that day he was kind of rude, but it was just that they, the rest of the personal was very nice, and helpful.

Customer service was excellent from the beginning. Housekeeping was also excellent. Loved the cookies, never had them before, until now. They became our bedtime treat, after being out all day and night. Would definitely recommend you all. Look forward to planning our next stay with Double Tree!!
