I really enjoyed my stay at this small hotel. The staff was great. The room in public spaces were spotless. And the location can’t be beat for the price. I would highly recommend this property to all my friends or anyone who may ask.

No AC for the first night, and no room for relocating. Very small room with a 2’ round table and a chair, no access card to room. No concierge during night and lock entrance door at night ( opening through a code). I can call it 1 or may 2 star motel not hotel.

Our room was clean. The shared kitchen space was well stocked and clean. Though the room was on the smaller side, it was sufficient as we spent most of our days exploring Chicago. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful little boutique hotel within walking distance of many things.

Woke up at 8am to drilling. No warning or anything from the staff. The A/C unit was broken in several of the rooms. Also take out a $150 security deposit for a room that is extremely minimalistic. Won’t be coming back.

This hotel was great! There were a lot of mixed reviews, so I was nervous. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and spacious. This was also a great central location. Would definitely recommend!

the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating but the area was extremly noisey, they didnt lock the door to the lobby after 6pm like they promised but otherwise great people. The bathroom was poorly engineered but not awful.

Chair please

I had to book a bunk bed room because it was the only type available. Everything was nice, pleasant, and clean for no frills hotel experience. My only complaint is that the bunk bed rooms need a chair. There was no place to be in the room except standing or lying down even though a simple chair would fit next to the bed. The outlets are also very inaccessible and plugs fall out of them.

Boutique Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating. I came an hour before my check-in time, and my room was ready. I was immediately checked in. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room is a bit small, but I just needed a clean, quiet place to lay my head. I also didn't like that there weren't many outlets in my room. I should've brought my own extension cord. The hotel is situated in a bustling neighborhood, with numerous restaurants, bars, and lounges nearby. There's a bar next door to the hotel that serves excellent cocktails and food. The hotel is very secure. You must enter a code to gain entrance to the building. I also like the shared kitchen space and the beautiful lobby area, which features co-working booths for meetings. I highly recommend.
