Good hotel if you’re looking for one in that area.

Nice hotel that was built around 2018. Very clean and well-maintained. Great location close to public transit and eating places. Parking is overpriced at near $50 a day. The complementary breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall good experience and I probably would stay again.

AVOID THIS HOTEL. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I checked into Room 508 on 6/19 and immediately noticed that the room was not perfectly clean. Unfortunately, matters became much worse after I took a shower: when the water drained, the entire bathtub was covered in someone else’s hair, as though the floor of a barbershop had been swept into it. It was revolting. The hotel manager gave us hotel points (equivalent to less than one night stay) and argued that this would be enough given that they cleaned the room during our stay. Of course we only stayed that first, and did not get compensated for the other nights.

Great location. Excellent front desk staff. Room wasn’t ready when I arrived (4:30 PM) but front desk was apologetic. Never saw housekeeping - hoping that they would have at least taken the garbage out. For nearly $400 a night, they could have at least done that.

I had to make a super last-minute booking for a few days for work and was lucky enough to get a room here! It was a nice quiet location, very clean, and secured building. I was comfortable for my whole stay and the breakfast every morning was a wonderful additional detail.
