Very friendly staff, quick service regarding special requests (ie: extra hangers), well kept property and room, comfortable bedding, nice complementary hot breakfast options, and efficient & shuttle service to and from O'Hare Airport. I would definitely stay again. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars overall was 1 of the 2 elevators was not working during our 6 night stay, and the product used to clean the un-carpeted portion of our room left a bit of a sticky residue.

I forgot my toothbrush and was so grateful they supplied me with one plus toothpaste. Saved me a trip to the local store! Room was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was ideal. Will definitely return!
