Very comfortable bed. Jewel-Osco across street. CTA Redline and transfers to other CTA trains across the street. Shopping close by along State St and Michigan Ave.

The garage was a total disappointment! Barely made it thru without scrapping the car’s roof. ANY THEY CHARGE OUTRAGEOUS FEES TO PARK! Why???? Rooms were not close. Only one of 2 rooms had a view - ANY WERE CHARGED as City view for both. We are done with Hilton.

Conveniently located near everything

Parking is atrocious. Almost $200 to just keep the park at the hotel for 3 days. It would've been more if we would've decided to have in and out access. We just kept the car there and walked everywhere. Liked the fact that the hotel is near literally everything.
