Room was clean, nice view. The staff are nice, was so nice to come back to the room and it was clean again, we were well taken care of. The location and the pool are the best parts of staying here, this was our second time and we will absolutely return next time we travel to Chicago.

Bedding smelled really bad and when I asked the front desk to have it changed they said that housekeeping only comes every other day. There were dried boogers on the shower walls and the body wash container was empty. Staff was rude and seemed bothered when I brought up my concerns.
