We had a wonderful stay at this Hilton with three minor exceptions: 1) The bathroom sink drains so slowly one had to stop running water every few minutes before proceeding to run more; 2). The room had 3 Kleenex tissues in the bathroom and then ran out. We had to go down to Registration desk to get more; 3). The location of the toilet tissue holder was so far away, it was almost impossible to access while using the toilet.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely polite and professional. Our first room had not been cleaned and he quickly moved us to another room and was very apologetic about the situation. We have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had a poor experience. The hotel was full of families in town for sports so it was very busy and loud. The front desk remained calm and pleasant.
