I reported to the front desk manager that there was food on the carpet from previous occupant and the bathroom walls behind the sink were very dirty. Would not stay here again.

Bad customer service

The bathroom was so small I could barely turn around. Requested a room with bigger bathroom. They moved me to a room with the same small bathroom. The desk manager relied on housekeeping to advise as to the bigger bathroom. Neither housekeeping nor the front desk manager did the job asked of them. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is beautiful and all of the staff is amazing. Only annoying thing is no free parking. Other than that amazing stay and happy we chose this hotel!
