I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Zoe and Rachel during my stay, and they truly made my experience exceptional from the moment I walked in. Both ladies were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. Zoe greeted me with a bright smile and made check-in quick and seamless, while Rachel went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their genuine hospitality and friendly personalities made me feel so welcomed—it’s rare to come across such a dedicated team. Property was in great location. This was a quick trip and we arrived at the hotel 1:30a.m. & checked out 9:00 a.m. Staff were nice but not overly friendly. Room was small and little window showed a brick wall. Room was next to elevator, so we heard the dings and people talking.
