They sold my room that I booked 6 months prior. Downgraded me to 2 smaller rooms but "comped" me one free room, but still charged me the full price of the bigger room for the room i had to pay for. The check in people had no clue what to do, didnt know how to get me into a room. It was a mess.

This was our second time at the Hyatt. DJ at check in was great! He upgraded us to a king suite for the same price because a double queen wasn’t ready at that time.

Amazing stay.

Staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean and comfy. Great spot if going to the United Center, easy 10 minute walk. Has everything you need right on site! We will def stay again!!!!

Convenient location for our trip. I reserved two rooms for my family of 7. I was disappointed that not only were our rooms separate but on different floors. I ask the front desk associate to please move our rooms together or closer. He quickly responded with , No, he couldn’t do that. The hotel was certainly not full during our stay. I stressed my disappointment but wasn’t offered even a “sorry”.
