Good hotel , great location, friendly staff. Things I liked: location , breakfast was included, while not mind blowing it was nice to have food included. There’s a microwave in the lobby I used to heat up left overs. Things that were not so awesome but I could live with: there were two elevators but one was down. Fortunately I didn’t always have to wait too long. My room was on the 15th floor and there was a buzzing sound that was due to the AC there was a white noise machine included in the room so that helped drown out the noise. I’d stay at this hotel again.

Bad experience with supposedly manager by name of Chol at Hyatt. Window shade broke his accommodations consisted of a downgrading to a smaller room or checking out and finding another hotel. Horrible experience!
