Had no hot water in my room but the hotel staff quickly gave me key to another room so I could shower which was terrific and didn't disrupt our plans. Beautiful hotel. Wonderful pool for the kids and even gave out popcorn and lemonade which was great! Wish they had the floaties out, my daughter was disappointed.

I have never stayed at a hotel that had such excellent customer service. From allowing us to check in at 7am for free to free waters at night if the store was closed to a free umbrella when it was raining!

It was a great place to stay, and close to everything. Everyone was very nice and helpful. One thing I wish they would let you know is they charge an extra $250, not sure if I get that back or not, but its unexpected.
