This was our second time here, and our stay was wonderful. Prompt service. Very helpful staff. Friendly and welcoming. Numerous amenities. No long waits to check-in or for elevators. Attention to detail and incredibly convenient location. One of our favorite places to stay. Spacious, clean rooms. One request/complaint - the temperature of the fitness center was excessively hot and humid. I called to request the temp be lowered on the first day of our stay, but I could not tell much of a difference when I was using the treadmill on day 2 and 3 of our stay. There were other guests also complaining about the temperature. I am not sure if the a/c was off, but it was almost too hot and stick to exercise. If that had been corrected, our stay would have truly been perfect!

stayed at the Intercontinental Mile High from Thursday, July 17, to Monday, July 21, 2025. I would like to commend Mr. Andrew Burgerhoff for taking my call and addressing my concerns. As a frequent traveler, I encountered some challenges during my recent stay at the hotel. While the issues were not major, they were frustrating. Initially, I spoke with the team who made efforts to resolve the issues. After reviewing the evaluation and response on the hotel I noted a Mr. Burgerhoff's was the lead person responding to to written concerns. I decided to call him to express my concerns. I found that he not only listened attentively, but his actions were immediate and professionally managed, which I appreciated as a customer. It’s important to note that the quality of a stay isn’t solely defined by perfection or absence of issues, but also by the effectiveness of how concerns are addressed. I encourage others to share their valid concerns with this hotel at the time of the stay, as I believe they will respond appropriately. Thank you once again for the resolution. Loved this hotel. We had a king classic in grand tower high floor. Our bed was comfy, shower was nice, room was large enough and loved the colors. View was decent. Bar had great drinks. Pool is gorgeous. The only negative was the elevators which were compact and wait times were very long sometimes. Valet was good. Hotel is located in heart of downtown. Lots to do and walkable.

Our stay here was very nice. Nothing much to truly complain about. The facility was very nice and very clean. With that said, for a four-star rated hotel and price we paid, our room felt very underwhelming. Hotel is located in a very busy area. Very convenient to get around town but again very busy and crowded as soon as we stepped outside. Have to give a lot of love to the bell hoppers that greeted us when we arrived. They were full of life and energy and was so helpful.
