Room was very cold and I had to call receptionist twice to get it fix. In the room temperature was 55 deg. On the check out I couldn't receive a piece of paper that my balance is zero. They told me thet I receive the receit from the Expedia. What kind of service is that. They took it $50 deposit and they told me that I receive it in 8 days. They took $50 immediately, they must send it to my bank on the process of check out.
I did NOT find the shuttle easily. The airport pick up location was detailed and easy but it should be relayed in advance email that it is a Hyatt Place hotel van! I called the hotel twice while waiting an hour at the pick up location. The 1st call was very difficult to understand as the staffer had a thick accent. It is not always easy to see the additional small sign on the side of the van in the large crowds and long line of vans at the airport.
The busy street noise can be heard from the room as can any loud sounds from neighboring rooms. The air conditioning in the room sounds like a rumbling semi truck.
Upon arrival, hotel clerk was very welcoming and the hotel was clean.
The breakfast choices are full of allergens, making it very limited and unsatisfactory in my case.
This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love It when visiting Rosemont area. It is affordable, clean, welcoming and smells absolutely amazing!!! Free breakfast included.

Well, the redecoration was quite nice, the core bones of the property were that of a class b/c hotel. Compound that with the fact that there was no available shuttle times during peak hours was a little frustrating and ended up costing us $25 to get a ride to the airport on time. It appears that this hotel only runs a single shuttle versus the other surrounding hotels that run multiple during peak hours.

There was only 1 person checking everyone in and some had done their check in online. Waited 20 minutes or more to check in due to there only being 1 person. The hotel was busy do to the concert that evening should have planned to have someone else helping check people in. Police were there when we arrived and had a bag they carried thru the hotel lobby.

My only complaint is that morning of checkout we left for a short time to run to Target and came back by 10am and my car key wasn’t working and checkout wasn’t til 11am. The cleaning staff told us it was a safety precaution and next time to go down to the front desk. It was completely unnecessary.
The air conditioner in the room was broken it was fairly warm. We had our dogs with us so the air conditioner was important. They gave us a couple fans after i complained.
