We enjoyed our stay even though we lost our specific room booking. Our flight was delayed and our check-in was after midnight. We were given a nice room but on the 4th floor where the traffic noise was definitely heard. Restaurant was good for breakfast and the hospitality was nice!

The room was mostly well kept. It was pretty dusty on most of the surfaces which made me believe I was getting sick rather than reacting to the dust. We upgraded our room which we were given a discounted rate to do so, however the hotel charged the wrong amount for the upgrade so rather than send up a letter like they had to notify us of window cleaning or by calling me, they locked us out of our room with all of our stuff inside for me to settle the charges, which I would have done anyway. As far as the upgrade is concerned, I was told we would be on the 19th floor, but when we went to check in, we were given a different floor. Overall, the stay itself was fine, but I don’t see myself coming back with dusty rooms and a surprise lockout.

Spacious room with beautiful views along the river. Make sure to book a corner suite-it’s more than worth the extra charge! Staff was all welcoming and very helpful. Beautiful rooftop bar and comfortable cocktail lounge in the lobby-this is really a great value for the price.
