Quality place for a United Center visit.

Just stayed here for a weekend with a couple family members and went to see Disturbed, Three Days Grace and Sevendust at the United Center. Booking was just what was promised by the ad. Very professionally maintained with nice little touches. Great neighborhood and super convenient. A excellent value for the money. Jaye is a first class host. Will look to stay here again when I come back to the city.

Graduation

I can not express how amazing it was to work with Jaye. I am a chicago resident who moved away from work and came back for graduation. While in town, there was an issue with getting into the apartment completely created by me. However, even in the middle of the night, Jaye was extremely responsive, very calm, and supportive and resolved the situation quickly. I can not express enough what a joy it was to work with her.

Great Experience

We were in town to visit our daughter and attend the Beyonce concert. The condo was well setup, good location and quiet. We had easy access to Uber and Lyft drivers to get around. Kudos to the host for the fabulous space

Minor requests

More then one towel per person for a 5 day stay. TVs in the bedrooms did not work, no cable or wifi connection. The back bedroom could us a curtain covering the big patio door. The parking lights made the bedroom bright as day time all night long. Minor issues.
