This private luxury townhouse (duplex) is perfectly located in vibrant Old Town-surrounded by nightlife, restaurants, cultural attractions, and is only a 5 min walk to the beach, steps from Lincoln Park, and next to Second City. This 2,800 square foot townhouse features 13 foot ceilings, open floorplan, private patio, and is perfect for families traveling to Chicago, professionals visiting the city on work trips, and everything in between.



The Space:

Located on bottom two floors of a two unit townhouse just steps from Old Town's famous Wells street, your luxurious townhouse was designed to look and feel like a SOHO loft apartment, sleeping up to 14 people and is perfectly situated for large groups, families, events, and curated dinners. Everything flows around the spacious and open living room and chef's kitchen, featuring high-end cooking appliances and designer level finishes, which creates a unique environment for entertaining and gathering with your group.



Your spacious living/dining room combo is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sofa, accent chairs, dining table for 10+ people, and smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible).



Attached to the dining room, the chef's kitchen includes designer cabinetry and is outfitted with top of the line Gaggenau gas-powered ranges, oven, microwave, and fridge with oversized island, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery and Nespresso coffee maker, amongst others.



This one of a kind townhouse comfortably sleeps 14 people and has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with the downstairs area converted into another large sleeping area. The main bedroom with a king bed, full bath, outfitted with a steam and waterfall shower. Two additional bedrooms feature queen beds. Converted basement area has two full over full bunk beds and open seating area. Lastly, we also have a queen size air mattress for additional sleep use.

There are ample parking solutions should you need. There is free street parking next to the building. In addition, we can provide one parking permit per day of your stay for the permitted street parking directly in front of the building. Lastly, there is a paid parking garage and paid street parking as well.



Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our professional cleaning service that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is stripped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
