This inviting & modern multi-level home in East Pilsen encourages you to sit back and relax amid the fast pace of city life. Whether you're taking advantage of the updated kitchen features, relaxing out on the back deck, or just ordering in, there's plenty of room for everyone in the spacious kitchen/dining area. Take a break and gather in the basement lounge, and don't miss out on the free in-unit laundry!

McCormick Place and Soldier Field are two iconic Chicago landmarks. McCormick Place, opened in 1960, is the largest convention center in North America, hosting major events and trade shows. Soldier Field, built in 1924, is the home of the Chicago Bears and has hosted numerous historic events, including the 1968 Democratic National Convention and multiple Super Bowls. Both are key to the city's cultural and sports legacy.

This was a wonderful property to stay in! It was great for extended family coming from out of state. We had to scramble with another host falling through, but William had fabulous communication and made our stay so seamless. Would absolutely recommend this house! We got great use of the park nearby and the on-site, included parking made all of our activities easily accessible. One small wishlist item: more regular sized spoons and forks, we used some of the available disposables. About the smallest area possible for improvement. Thanks again for facilitating a great vacation!

Beautiful Home within 15 Minutes of Downtown Chicago

This roomy and beautifully updated house more than met our needs while spending a long weekend near downtown Chicago. The garage parking worked well for us too.I will say that if you are a light sleeper the nearby expressway noise can be an issue. The two upstairs bedrooms do not have solid blinds over the windows so if you prefer a dark room for sleeping then bring an eye mask. There were a a couple of maintenance issues the owner should be able to easily resolve. We notified the owner of each item before leaving.I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing House & Amazing Location

We had 5 people visiting Chicago for a memorial service and a weekend of sightseeing. This house was perfect for our group. Parking was easy on the street, but there is also a detached garage (good if it's snowing). The kitchen was very well equipped. It had 2 coffee makers (Keurig & drip). The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom in the master has heated floors! The communication with the property manager was excellent - they responded to my texts right away. The location is great - easy Uber ride downtown for dinner and taking the Architecture Boat Tour. Would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended!

Family bday celebration

We loved the place and had plenty of room for all of us. Very centrally located to downtown Chicago, and Chinatown. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Really appreciated the kitchen supplies and condiments available. Only suggestion is kitchen needs more sliverware and would love to have more seating area in the living room. One sofa is not enough. Another suggestion is placing a TV in every bedroom. For a large group, I highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property

Our team of 6 had a wonderful time staying at this well-appointed VRBO just a mile away from the McCormick place convention center. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 day trip. There was plenty of street parking as well as a 2 car garage for parking and we felt very safe during our stay. Communication was a little bit of a struggle on VRBO as the property is managed primarily outside the platform. I had an easier time reaching out on other methods for a faster reply. Aside from that, everything was wonderful.

50th Birthday Getaway

This place was far beyond my expectations. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbor-friendly, very close to great attractions and walking distance to stores for a quit snack. The bedding was comfortable. Had all the essentials and more. We will definitely be coming back.
