The hotel staff were great, it was a few things we didn’t like and that was we asked for extra towels and blankets and asked for them not to come into our room until we got back. When we had come back the towels and things were in the room after we asked them not to go into the room and they confirmed they wouldn’t. The other issue was the towels that were delivered were dirty and had makeup on them once we unfolded them. Other than those few issues it’s a nice hotel for a quick trip/get away.

We took the executive suite. Notice like elevator sound every few minutes pretty noticeable. I sent a message and I got to reply: We hope to do better next time!! We got better support at inferior hotel chains before without being VIP members!!

This was our fourth stay at the Omni Magnificent Mile which shows we really like it. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff could not be better. Every member was courteous and helpful at all times. The only criticism is that the rooms are a bit tired and could use a little updating. We'll definitely be back again.
