Relax and unwind at this centrally located Wicker Park Duplex! Soft, muted colors and smooth rounded textures immediately envelope the senses creating a warm, welcoming environment. Complete with Gated Private Parking and hard to find green space “Peaceful Living” is a true Hidden Gem. Just steps to the Western Blue line, The 606, countless boutiques and amazing restaurants and bars. “Peaceful Living” gives you the Best of Chicago at your fingertips!
The building is a two unit walk up, with 4-5 steps to the entry door. Your first floor duplex is to the immediate right after entering the foyer.
The Apartment opens to a cozy dining area offering specialty barware to enjoy during your stay. To the left, an open concept kitchen showcases a counter seating area, new appliances and numerous kitchen gadgets and hardware to ease any culinary undertaking. The kitchen exits to the back deck alfresco dining space, green space and private gated parking area.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy Queen bedroom with new bedding, pillows a closet and small dresser.
A full bathroom with tub is stocked with paper products, towels and soaps.
Stairs leading to the lower level duplex are thoughtfully decorated. On this lower level you will find a large Queen bedroom with spacious closet, (basinet location) and large dresser.
An intimate entertainment nook quickly becomes a favorite for reading or watching a movie and shares the space with a 2 monitor work station for remote working ability. This area can also host a guests on the couch and on a twin mattress Cot stored under the stairwell.
A second full bathroom with tub is located just off of the entertainment area, fully stocked with bathroom amenities.
The laundry room is equipped with a new washer/dryer and stocked with all the essentials and available for your use.
Our goal is to make your stay as carefree as possible. We strive to maintain fully stocked amenities by offering calculated amounts. You may need to replenish according to your personalized needs. Please be mindful as we offer a “take what you need, leave what you do not” policy.

We really enjoyed our stay in this nicely-decorated, very comfortable condo. The kitchen was great for our needs, and the location to shopping, restaurants (and downtown) was perfect. Parking is in the back of the building, so easier to navigate the first time if you arrive before dark, but not hard at all once you know. Jen was very helpful- we would love to come to Chicago again and stay here!

This home was perfect for our visit. It's exactly as pictured and Jen was so great at communication before and during our stay. It was close to public transportation and had lots of good nearby food options. The unit had 2 desks with monitors so it was great for working. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely the Best Place to Stay in Chicago!

This home has everything you could possibly need while visiting the Chicago area. It is very clean and very inviting. The location is perfect, with plenty of nice parks, shops and restaurants. The reserved parking spot makes driving easy. The private patio with a huge table and chairs made eatting and playing family board games fun. I accidently locked the deadbolt and locked us out of the house but Jenn drove in rush hour traffic and got us back in the house in no time! We will definitely stay here every time we visit Chicago!
