I had a fantastic experience. I will definitely be using this facility again! So well kept, and the Valet parking is must. Everything is within walking distant from restaurants, museums, and shows. Fantastic highly highly recommend!!!

It was effortless. I booked this unexpectedly, very last minute. The front desk was very polite and efficient. Room was excellent. Went to the rooftop bar and the downstairs bar/restaurant. Service was great at both.

Not quite what it once was
It’s been more than a decade since we’ve stayed at the Renaissance in downtown Chicago. I guess I remember it being more on the elegant side. That being said, the service in every respect from the registration desk to the valet, was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Our room on the 9th floor was nice, nothing too fancy. And though we could hear the train, it was very faint and sounded like a heater going on and off. We did find the bed very comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep after a long day.
