Good place in need of work.

Lots of space! Full fridge and full stove! Seriously needs updates! We had a 2 bedroom suite. The sink in my family members bathroom was cracked and the window in my rpom had a broken/cracked window held together with tape. One undesireable neighbor who smoked weed all day. There was a couple constantly fighting in the parking lot. This place has potential.

I have nothing bad to say about my stay. The desk staff, especially John, were super nice and very helpful. The cleaning staff were all smiling and always said hello. Clean room. Great food nearby. Maybe 10min ride to the airport.

I like this hotel due to its proximity to the Target and the variety of restaurants, and also the rental car agency. It is about a 15 minute walk to the airport rental car center and tram to the terminals. The room has a kitchenet, king size bed and a sofa bed. There is no bed sheet provided with the sofa bed though, I had to get it from the front desk. But the smell from the old carpet in the room is overwhelming. Luckily, the windows can be opened to get fresh air in.

Well I would have given them a hi rat but the listing said “parking available” and then when I got there, it was $27 additional per day. I’d expect that in the city, but not in the suburbs. And why it doesn’t it say “paid parking“?

Enjoyed my Residence Inn Stay, As Usual

Friendly staff , clean and comfortable room. The work area and kitchen caused me to skip one day of the trade show I came for, in favor of getting some work done in the comfortable space. (My only complaint is the too-soft bed mattress.). Lots of food options nearby.

Great except for the unwanted smoking room

We we’re guaranteed a non-smoking room, but ended up in a smoking room. The front desk was not very helpful, they were fully booked. We took it, but every time we walked into the room it was a very unpleasant experience.

I stayed at the hotel because I had a concert. The receptionist was really nice & helpful. The property was very pretty with beautiful landscaping and everything was clean & taken care of. I also felt really safe & it was close to stores & restaurants. 10/10 recommend and would stay again!

Our room was perfect for 4 adults. The property is right beside Allstate Arena and we were able to simply walk over to last nights concert. There is a plaza in walking distance, along with several restaurant choices. We will be back!
