It was a great property for a family, especially one with a toddler. It was clean, comfortable and in a good neighborhood. Half the street was torn up which made parking challenging at night, but that’s to be expected given the circumstances. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

This property has potential due to its location to Clark St., but needs some serious upgrading. While the overall place was acceptably clean, the bathroom was GROSS. The tub/shower had so much staining from black and orange mold in the grout, with someone else's hair in the tub, that we almost left. The kitchen, while clean, was so poorly stocked. The property sleeps seven, and there were exactly 5 dinner plates, and minimal cups/glasses. There were zero condiments...not even salt and pepper! There were no cooking pots of any size, just a couple fry pans. There are no kitchen towels, dish towels, cleaning cloths...we were left with half a roll of paper towel and had to go out and buy our own (along with salt/pepper). There was one whole dishwashing pod left for us, which did not cover a two day stay. The coffee drinkers said the coffee maker was good. The living area was ok...those "chairs" that appear at the far end of the photo are footstools against the wall with a bed pillow for backing. I never have given a bad review on any VRBO property I've stayed in, but this is the exception and I think other travelers should have a heads up.

Amazing location and very cute apartment! Plenty of room for all of us and the beds were really comfortable. Super easy to walk to great shops/restaurants, great communication with the host, and was easy to find street parking. Would definitely stay here again :)

Apartment is in a great area. Coffee shops and restaurants very close on N Clark St and the Bryn Mawr redline stop about .3 mile walk in the other direction. Area felt very safe and was quiet. Unit was clean. Beds were 5/10 in comfort. Only one bathroom, which was tricky with a whole family staying in the unit.

The host was so amazingly kind, helpful, and flexible! The unit was exactly as described and pictured, and especially clean. Checking out was so easy as well as checking in. We will absolutely be staying there again on our trips to Chicago. This was a wonderful unit to share with friends, family, or if you just want a bigger space.

Great space and neighborhood. Lots of supplies available like soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels. Comfortable beds and couch. The apartment is an easy walk to the L and lots of restaurants. We rented a car and got a spot on the street right outside every time. We would 100% stay here again!

Our stay here was excellent. The apartment was very well equipped, had plenty of room for our group, and the location was wonderful. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distant and not far from the beach either. Parking was also very convenient and we had no trouble finding somewhere on the street usually right in front or very close to the building. The property managers were super communicative and even made a few accommodations for our stay after our travel plans changed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
