If you chose to stay with us You`re only a 12 minute walk from McCormick Place and a 4 minute walk from the Green Line Subway stop which gets you virtually everywhere in the City. You are also a short walk to a number of restaurants and attractions. The South Loop is such a dynamic mix of attractions and histories that the neighborhood tends to be seen as many different things to many different people. Consider the assorted areas that comprise the South Loop: Much of its eastern edge is encompassed by the Museum Campus, an impressive collection of cultural treasures that includes the Field Museum, Adler Planetarium and Shedd Aquarium. This campus sits on scenic lakefront parklands that are an extension of Grant Park. With 319 acres of green space and recreational fields, Grant Park is known as `Chicago`s front yard` to locals and also plays host to major city events such as Taste of Chicago, Chicago Blues Festival and Lollapalooza. House Rules

To ensure a safe, respectful, and professionally managed environment for all guests and residents, the following rules are strictly enforced:

Occupancy & Visitors

* Registered guests only. The number of guests must match the reservation at all times.
* No additional visitors or unregistered guests are permitted at the property at any time.
* Third-party bookings are not allowed. The individual who books the reservation must be present for the stay.

No Parties or Events

* No parties, gatherings, celebrations, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays, or events of any kind.
* Violations are subject to a $1000 fine and may result in cancellation without refund.

Noise & Quiet Hours

* Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
* Loud music, excessive noise, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted at any time.
* Disturbing neighboring residents may result in cancellation without refund.

Smoking Policy

* Smoking is permitted inside the unit only if done respectfully.
* Burns, stains, ash damage, excessive odor, or damage beyond normal use may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.

Pets

* Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
* Undisclosed pets will result in a $250 penalty per pet.
* Additional pet fees apply where listed.

Check-In & Check-Out

* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 11:00 AM

* Unauthorized overstay will incur a mandatory $50 fee.
* If overstay exceeds 2 hours past checkout time, the guest will be charged the full Daily Base Rate (without discounts).
* Overstay does not grant possession of the unit for the remainder of the day.

Safety & Monitoring

* Common areas of the building (including hallways and areas near entry doors) are monitored 24/7 for safety and security.
* There are no cameras inside the unit.

Liability

* Guests assume responsibility for their conduct and safety during their stay.
* Ownership is not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings.
* We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed package deliveries.
* Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Right to Terminate

* The host reserves the right to immediately terminate a reservation without refund if behavior, activity, or circumstances are deemed unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or in violation of these house rules.
* This includes, but is not limited to, suspected party activity, unauthorized occupants, property misuse, or conduct that threatens the safety of the property or neighboring residents.
