You will be transported when you stay with us in this hip and charming space in Chicago's most vibrant neighborhood! Enjoy the art-filled rooms and full kitchen. Luxuriate in a hot shower and sleep in dreamlike comfort overlooking a secret courtyard garden!

Enjoy your stay in a lively neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and parks and 20 minutes from downtown museums, shopping, and attractions!

The space
This sunny, light-filled 2-bedroom includes a separate kitchen, bathroom, living, and dining areas. The large private bedroom is furnished with antiques and has east-facing windows with blackout shades and a queen-size bed.

In the living room, you'll find a beautiful working fireplace with a custom wood mantel and a comfy sofa that’s perfect for sleeping or napping, as well as a 55" flat-screen television equipped with Roku to watch your streaming services or live TV.

A separate, private sleeping alcove with a fantastic queen-size Murphy bed also serves as your office and includes a spacious desk to get some work done during your visit. Gig-speed internet and a Dell external monitor will help you to stay focused and get those Zoom meetings out of the way so you can get back to your trip.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for cooking and comes with all the pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cutlery, and glassware needed to prepare and serve your own meals in style. We love coffee and we provide you with a variety of grinders, brewers, filters, and presses (let us know if you'd like us to stock up on a favorite roast). And, if you are interested in a customized meal service we will be happy to discuss some options!

The classic-style full bath is stocked with plush cotton towels and high-quality soaps. shampoo, and conditioner. And the beds are outfitted with luxurious 400-thread count cotton sateen sheets and comfy pillows and quilts.

You will have your own private entrance along with a parking space directly in front of the unit. You will enjoy the entire apartment during your stay with us! Please let us know if we can provide any additional amenities, conveniences, or supplies of any kind.

Other things to note
Please consider that the apartment overlooks a well-traveled city street, with people, cars, and the occasional delivery truck or motorcycle. If you are sensitive to a bit of urban babble, do consider the overall environment before booking. We live in the adjoining residence so on occasion you may also hear our canine companion!

Fantastic return to my old neighborhood

I loved this apartment! Great light, great location in the heart of Logan Square, felt classy and high-end inside. The excellent AC and temperature control was a huge benefit during a hot summer. Plenty of space for two friends to have their own space, great huge TV, and we even loved checking out the beautiful fireplace despite it being the summer. We hope to visit again soon!

Perfect stay

The property had an old Chicago vintage feel and was very cozy! It was clean and all amenities provided as listed. The owner even left a bottle of wine and coffee beans that we didn’t get a chance to enjoy, but loved the thought!

Hosts are very responsive. Super easy checkout. The rental has lots of space, is comfortable and is very clean. This was our second time staying there and we hope it will be available the next time we come to visit that area of Chicago!

Fabulous.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment — we felt totally at home throughout our five-day stay. (Nearby train was no issue at all.) There are several terrific restaurants in walking distance. Our host was gracious and immediately responsive the couple of times we contacted him. The train to downtown was a ten-minute walk away. We’ll definitely stay again.

What a fabulous experience!

This was the perfect place to stay for a four day visit to Chicago. The host was super responsive and the apartment is stunning with beautiful original artwork and every convenience you could possibly need. As a frequent Chicago visitor I will definitely rent this space again!

Cozy spot in a great location! Host was very accommodating with an early check-in and late checkout, and taking out trash/replenishing paper goods during my two-week stay!Coffee equipment was clutch! And the owner left a bottle of wine and a bag of coffee beans as a welcome basket, which was very thoughtful and useful!There's a door from the bedroom to the owner's home which just made it feel less private than I'd have liked. Sound transfered very easily. The kitchen could have been a bit better stocked, there was no bakeware or anything to use for the oven.Overall, nice stay!

Wonderful Chicago Getaway With Parking!

This property is great for a Chicago visit. Easy access to the L for a quick hop anywhere in Chicago, and easy jaunt to O’Hare. Wonderful sitting area with a fireplace and large tv.

Spacious,clean, and comfortable apartment. Thoughtful details in every room. Gas fireplace with remote! One flight up easy stairway. Lots of light with many windows. Good lighting with dimmers. On busy street with everything walking distance, coffee shop across street. But good windows, so street & train sounds are muffled and quiet enough for a good nights sleep. Highly recommended.

Great stay- awesome hosts!

Super cute, really clean, great location. City noise and adjoining apt noise didn't bother me as a native Chicagoan, but something to note if you like silence! Hosts were also amazingly accommodating. Recommend if you need a cozy place with a central location!

Beautiful, cozy stay

Wonderful apartment. Very clean and had everything we needed. The fireplace was wonderful, couch comfy and living room a good size. Didn’t make use of the Murphy bed but it is easy to pull down and use if needed. Excellent blinds, can be very dark even during the day for a nice nap. The location was fantastic and the parking was a HUGE plus. Lots of cool bars, coffee shops, and food nearby, target grocery nearby as well. Will definitely be staying again.

Great for a quick trip.

Me and my friends were coming for a quick trip to Chicago and we enjoyed our stay at this spot. Everything was clean and great to rest our heads at night. The only downside was the AC. We thought maybe it was motion sensor. But it was 78 on the day we left. I notified our host about it. The host was great at communicating everything.

Great space!

This space is super clean and well maintained with very thoughtful, tasteful decor and design. It was formerly a commercial space with an apartment above it. I stayed in the redesigned apartment on the top floor, so there was a full flight of stairs to navigate. Since it sits on a commercial street, there is an elevated train that can be heard late into the night. It is infrequent and a part of chicago city noisescape so i easily became used to it and was able to block out the sound. Other than that the streets were quiet after about 10 pm. It was safe, nostalgic and romantic. Very well appointed. The proprietor was thoughtful and responsive. Everything worked well. It was an artful and relaxing space that i enjoyed coming home to after a hard day. I would recommend it. .

Visit for Lollapalooza

We really enjoyed our stay in Logan Square. We traveled to the area for Lollapalooza with our 2 sons (17 and 18.) The murphy bed, couch, and bedroom were perfect for our family of 4 and a great spot to come home to after long days and nights at the festival. The neighborhood was very cute and had a lot of nice restaurants and shops that we enjoyed. It was also very close to the train station which made for easy transportation into downtown every day. The parking spot was a godsend as we drove to Chicago, but didn't want to drive our car all week and parking can be very expensive and difficult to find. We will definitely stay again the next time we're back in Chicago.
