The property was very hot. The elevators were a bit much and was unhappy about the premium view.. However lucila was great to insure I had a room that had a beautiful view. I did have to pay an extra fee and a 200$ deposit for each night

The property is decent. However, the night manager/ comptroller who is horrible. He was verbally abusive and theatened me over an issue relating to our reservation and payment. He threatened to have security remove my family from our rooms because i wanted to go back to my room for paperwork from Travelocity to prove my point. He refused to let me go and said said the room door was aleady locked and i couldn't get back in. He lied. My son was in the room with no awareness of what was traspiring downstairs. I am a 69 year old woman who has experienced quite a bit in my life, but this kind of treatment of guests is unexceptable on any level. Neither I, my family nor anyone I know will never stay there. The rest of the staff was lovely and very helpful.

BegBug Experience

When I arrived we checked the room for bed bugs and there were bed bugs in the headboard. We took pictures, notified the manager and then she got us another room. Didn’t offer compensation until I made a deal about it later and she said I can contact the third party where I booked and get my money back. I did just that and they gave refunded me. I still was uneasy sleeping in the new room they gave me just because I already saw bed bugs upon arrival. Thank God we didn’t lay down firstly! I do appreciate them refunding us. That’s it.

Beautiful hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and updated. Very enjoyable stay overall. The only complaints would be the lobby area had no air circulating so it was hot and the prices on the items in the market were outrageous! 3 cold cut sandwiches, 4 cans of pop, and 4 small bags of chips was $75! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Boy this is one of those “where do I begin” places. The lobby stinks, like it actually smells like sewage. The staff isn’t especially friendly. You have to walk through a lobby to get to an elevator that takes you to a second lobby to get to an elevator to get to your floor. Housekeeping replaced my towels one single time and did nothing else during a 4 day stay. This is just not a good hotel at all. It’s poorly managed and has an unbelievable number of fixable issues.
