The property is decent. However, the night manager/ comptroller who is horrible. He was verbally abusive and theatened me over an issue relating to our reservation and payment. He threatened to have security remove my family from our rooms because i wanted to go back to my room for paperwork from Travelocity to prove my point. He refused to let me go and said said the room door was aleady locked and i couldn't get back in. He lied. My son was in the room with no awareness of what was traspiring downstairs. I am a 69 year old woman who has experienced quite a bit in my life, but this kind of treatment of guests is unexceptable on any level. Neither I, my family nor anyone I know will never stay there. The rest of the staff was lovely and very helpful.

Smfh, this has to be one of the worst bday trips I ever had. I purposely chose King Premium Chicago Skyline View, and the room I got was a trash view. Granted, I arrived way before check-in time, but I asked if I can wait till check-in time. The front desk staff was generous to waive early check-in fee and find me a room. But I wouldve rather waited for a better room than check-in early. Next, this hotel's breakfast is the WORST breakfast I ever had in my life, just nasty af! I've gotten complimentary breakfast better than that. This hotel serves cold breakfast AND it's nasty- the nerve for it cost $26 pp!!! The rooms are outdated; items damaged like the small mirror in the bathroom, and things like the tv remote were dusty. Pros: comfy bed, water filter machines. Overall this has been a very disappointing stay. I won't ever stay in that hotel ever again! Wish I can get my $$ back or atleast a partial refund.

This is a really great hotel. The staff were friendly and approachable. The location is great, walkable distance to almost everything and the views from the room and lobby were amazing. 10/10 stay, I definitely recommend.

Hotel claims to be new but it's a remodel. Room was large. Bed was very stiff and the worst part was lack of hot water. We got over the fact you have to take too elevators to get to your room. All though it was secure the parking lot across the street. Overall it was okay. Location is it's positive. Centrally located but tucked away.
