The staff was wonderful, from the front desk to the bar and dining room. Our room was nice and clean. It smelled nice and fresh unlike other places that I've stayed at. We asked for a fan and it was brought up right away.

It’s too bad, because the view was great. The bed was uncomfortable; the tv had no streaming capability; we stayed in a room where we heard the elevator all night; and the parking situation is abysmal. Either pay $86 for valet or park off site and walk. We booked this for a view of the lake, but that alone isn’t worth staying here again.
