Wrigleyville and only 1 mile from historic Wrigley Field, there's so much

waiting for you to experience! Catch a game, walk to restaurants and shops

along Addison St and the Southport corridor or expand your adventures to all

that Chicago has to offer by hopping on the Addison Brown line to downtown -

just steps away. Our bright, modern and spacious condo has all of the

essentials to make your stay easy and complete!

General Policies:



Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please

include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your

inquiry.



Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis

only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation

without refund.



Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full

duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone

else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.



Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all

posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps

like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.



City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.

**House Rules:**



Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following

rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a

refund.



1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.

3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.

4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.

5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.





Additional Policies:



* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.

* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.

* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

The property manager was very communicative, and messaged me before we checked in about the laundry situation, which was out of their control to be fair. But our husbands were in the middle of a tour, therefore we chose this specific house because there was on site laundry. As the manager did apologize and offered to refund money if we were to take our clothes to a laundromat, we did not have the time to do so. It would have been more helpful to get somewhat of a refund for the stay all together. Besides that, we were told there was a jet tub, which turned out to not be working at the time and we weren't told before hand.

Loved the apartment. It was clean and well stocked! Plenty of towels for 4 of us. We also really enjoyed the location. About a mile walk to Wrigley, but loved the neighborhood. We took advantage of the delicious burrito place, Dunkin Donuts, and the bar a few doors down. Check in and check out were both easy. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment was advertised as being in Wrigleyville when in fact it was Roscoe Village, a mile away from Wrigley Field. I suggest the location of this apartment be updated, as well as correct the map on the website. Walking a mile each way to the ballgames was not what I expected. The washer was broken and I only found that out the day before I arrived. The air conditioner was extremely loud and probably needs to be looked at. I will think twice about renting from this management company in the future.

Location, Location, Location!

We were in town for a few Cubs games and this apartment was a 20 min walk to Wrigley Field. There are a few restaurants and Taverns within a few minute walk. The train station was even a shorter walk. A short Uber drive to the Navy Pier. Pros-coffee shop and a local tavern a few doors down, very safe neighborhood, easy check in, apartment was very clean, plenty of towels, and kitchen fully stocked of dishes and other things. The AC was very cold. Cons- beds were not comfortable AT ALL. I even tried to sleep on the couch one night and the couch was just as bad. The walk way to the door was very dark and there is a drain you have to watch out for. I’m from a small town and wasn’t used to all the big city noise, trains all night, dogs barking, cars, horns, they were doing construction on a house a few doors down. I couldn’t figure out the coffee machine. The jacuzzi tub did not work but that didn’t matter to me but the step out of the shower is a big one and there isn’t a handle or anything that can help you get over the tub. I’m guessing that’s why there was a step stool in the bathroom. This is a basement apartment and you can hear the people walking around upstairs. I did not notify the property owner as there wasn’t anything they could do about it and my review is not based off it. Over all, if they got different beds I would definitely stay again. I did enjoy my stay and if you are planning a trip to Wrigley, this location is perfect.

We rented this apartment for a concert at Wrigley Field during the hottest week of the year (June 26, 2025, iykyk). We loved it and would rent again! The air conditioning worked FANTASTIC, which was needed. There were tons of restaurants in the area. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk to Wrigley Field and about 30 steps from the Brown Line train. $5 to ride trains all day, made exploring Chicago easy. It wasn't hard to find parking nearby during any time of day or day of week (be warned, DON'T move your car on Wrigley event days or you'll never get your spot back and event parking can be upwards of $200! Secure your parking early!). Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Definitely going to try to secure this spot in the future for Wrigley Field events!

Nice Neighborhood

Stayed 3 nights visiting my son. Good location, large apt., nicely decorated. I wish the tub/shower had a grab bar. The jacuzzi tub has a high profile and is difficult for older adults to step in and out. It was quiet inside--even the nearby train was hard to hear. I did trip several times on the drain cover right outside the entry door. Be careful!
