Our check-in process was horrible. The front desk processed our credit card for incidentals three times. The man at the front desk kept crediting it and recharging our card. He couldn't figure out the check-in, so he let us into our room without giving us keys. We did not receive keys until 11:30pm. The following day, we were told our payment didn't go through. I literally pulled my laptop out and showed them all the charges they processed. Our key was deactivated and we were locked out of our room. After speaking to the manager and sorting everything out, I requested a late check-out to which the manager agreed. We had a late night on our last night, so my husband and son were still sleeping when our room was called just after regular check-out time telling us that we were going to be charged because we hadn't checked out yet. I spoke to the same manager again, and she apologized for the confusion and ensured us that we would not be charged. Had one of these things happened, I would have understood; however, it was one issue after another. While the staff was not rude, things seemed very unorganized. On a positive note, the hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

Best customer service , Angelica at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
