Very remote Limited food choices Staff was great Pool area very nice; beach not so nice

The property is quiet, and rekaxung, which is what we were looking for. The property is beautiful, and secluded with great views of the ocean. All in all I great time! We did not like the lack of food options, being that it was an all inclusive, basically if you did not show up at the start of service, you wete left with scraps, with little to no refresh on the food. They also have a spotty taxi service that really depended on which drivers were driving that particular day. We wanted to highlight J'Shyla she checked us in, and was very helpful and professional during our entire stay, she and the twins at the front desk are the reason why we will get back thete soon.

We stayed here for three nights in February . I was skeptical after reading reviews, but I will say don’t listen and give them a chance. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was right on the beach, clean and spacious. I know it’s a little away from a lot of things so rent a car and make day trips. You can drive from one end of the island to the other in 45 minutes. The food was always good and the staff very friendly and willing to help. Possibly a little under staffed but they do a great job! We snorkeled right in front of the hotel, even though we didn’t see a lot of sea life it was still enjoyable. A little rocky getting in so wear your water shoes. I do wish they had small tables at the beach chairs and more umbrellas so get out there early. I would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation. The property is in the process of renovation. There are limited options for food. Breakfast bar and stations were great with healthy options. Lunch is a bit more challenging as only the bar is cooking and wait was up to an hour for food. The coffee shop had sandwiches to go 2 of our 5 days . The dinner restaurant is only open limited evenings or bar food. The wait time in the restaurant was also 40 min. Not sure if limited kitchen staff was the issue , the same wait staff worked in both restaurants morning and Evening. The management was on site. I think they are trying but have a way to go to raise up to a higher level. The staff were all friendly and seemed to enjoy interacting with guest. I would not return to this location unless there were more on site improvements for food. Also the taxi service is $10 a person one way basically any destination. The taxi was attentive and made great restaurant recommendations.

Property is out from town and a taxi is needed to go anywhere but they have their own drivers and they pick you up any time you request...in advance. Alex is great. Property sits right on the beach but could use some maintenence, nothing unbearable.
