this property pictures are misleading and the place is overall not what i paid for.. very unsatisfactory.

This was a last minute booking because our first hotel ended up canceling our reservation without notice. We stayed here for a total of 3 days. Booked 2 originally then added a third. Even though we chose to stay a third night our stay left much to be desired. Our first and second day were ok… the first night the couple next door was having a drunken karaoke session ALL NIGHT. There was no effort to make them abide by the “Quiet Time” rule that is posted at the front desk. There were no towels or wash cloths and since we got in so late no way of getting them. The shower had very little water pressure and it was like solving a Rubik’s cube trying to figure out how to make the water hot enough to be able to stand in it. Then on our extra day, we ended up having to switch rooms bc the others were reserved already. We were moved to a room that was freshly renovated but was unfinished. We had to pay an additional $50 to stay in this room but it was even further subpar than the first one. The “window unit” only had option for AC there was no heat at all. So we froze all night, the walls were paper thin, there were parts of the room that were major safety issues, such as the door not latching securely and moving inside the door frame with the slightest breeze, it also didn’t close flush to the frame and the peep hole glass was completely removed. It was just an empty hole. As in, I could stick my finger through it. The water/plumbing situation in the bathroom was even worse! TBC
