Good hotel to stay

Dont ignore the bad reviews

Big disappointment. I called the day before arrival to confirm reservation and was told they didnt have on in my name. They immediately called back and said they found my reservation. When my children and i arrived I was told there was when no reservation in my name to be found. When i explained it was confirmed the day before he 'found' my reservation and said it had been cancelled due to a declined card. I knew this was false , called my bank and confirmed that there was no attempted transaction or denial to this hotel. The hotel clerk said his manager was not there and they had no available rooms. As i sat in the lobby trying to find another hotel, another team mom walked in the door she said they did the exact same thing to her. She said the manager helped get her room and she pointed out the exact same guy who told me no manager was available. She insisted he told her he was the manager. Upon hearing our conversation, he 'found' ONE king suite left. I had no choice but to take it due to a lot of events in the area and hotels being booked. Miracously I was asked if i wanted first floor or second floor when there was only 1 room left. When i asked for extra towels since we only had 3, it was made obvious it was an inconvenience. He told me I could only have 2. The integrity of staff is horrible here. The extra fees are also ridiculous.

Great stay. Rooms was clean and everything looked new. Would stay there again.

Overall a great hotel

This hotel was very new and clean looking. I called ahead to make sure this hotel does not use air fresheners everywhere, which unfortunately seems to be more and more prevalent. I have a fragrance allergy (millions of people do). The girl on the phone told me they do not use air fresheners, so I booked the room. When I arrived and walked through the front door into the reception desk area I immediately smelled a heavy air freshener smell. This is the reason I gave a 4 star rating for the comfort category. I asked the man at the front desk to please verify that they don't use air fresheners in the individual sleep rooms. He went to the back portion of the reception area to check for a few minutes. As I was standing there I could feel the fluid building up in my ears and my scalp and I starting to itch. He returned and verified that they do not use them in the individual rooms but said that if I find it to be uncomfortable he would refund my money. He was also very kind and offered me a bottle of water. Other than the air fresheners at the beginning of my stay I have no other complaints. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff all seemed very friendly. I did use the workout room and it was amazing. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the lady who was working there was amazing too. I would stay at this hotel again, but I implore them to remove the air fresheners. There are millions of people like me with fragrance allergies.

Thank you for staying with us and come see us again! As for air fresheners we actually do not use them. What we do use is Febreze as well as Mr. Clean as those are the Hilton approved cleaning products.
