Your home away from home in Clear Lake with 2 bedrooms. This charming cottage features all new full Kitchen, full bath and large washer/dryer with 2 queen bedrooms that include vanities/workstations, closets and streaming TV. Living room features a spectacular view of the lake with large wrap around couch and streaming 65" tv. Large porch area overlooking lake which includes 2 queen hide-a-beds that can be used during 3 seasons and an assortment of toddler toys and kids bluetooth sing-a-long karaoke machine. Outdoor area with wood firepit (wood supplied) and large patio area with spectacular views of the lake. Stairs leading down to lake with semi private Dock in season.

Swing set and corn hole game. Large family gathering area with blue tooth speakers and firepit overlooking the lake. Plenty of play toys for all ages, wide variety of life jackets and a firepit (wood included) on the patio overlooking the lake.

This property has been our family vacation home for over 35 years. Kids of all ages will enjoy the many toys and games available. Semi-private dock with Maui Mat and inflatable tubes.
Speed boat lift is available for an additional charge of $300 - contact host for more info.
