Bathrooms are dirty. Crumbs all in the carpet and found some trash under beds. Beds look like they werent changed, just straightened up.

Best spot in Cleveland but this trip was different
Publié le 23 sept. 2023 sur HotelsI have stayed at this hotel 5-6 times a year for the last 5 years, and it is always a pleasant experience, but this last visit was disappointing regarding customer service. It took over 5 minutes for me to be greeted when I arrived to check-in. The individual checking me in was indifferent, not rude, but definitely not friendly. I only bring this up because it was such a departure of my previous experiences.
The hotel is also going through a renovation, and the rooms are incredible and look amazing, but the hallways and my room had a strong odor of paint and glue.
Overall, my stay was fine, just not the top-level service I am accustomed to. I do look forward to visiting again in 6 weeks.

I love the friendly customer service from front desk person to the kitchen staff. Clean room, comfy beds & pillows!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
