The room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Restaurant had good food. We will stay here again when we come back to Cleveland

It’s a little pricey, because of the proximity to the main campus of Cleveland clinic. But it’s a nice facility and the employees were friendly. The breakfast buffet is quite good. I don’t like to valet park, but you have to remember where you are and it’s best to just go ahead if you stay at this hotel and let them park your car. It took me three minutes to walk, but there is also a shuttle.

One of our double beds had several large brown dirty marks on the blanket . Looks like it was not changed.
We called the main desk and they said they could not change them a that time, they just came a left clean sheets.
The bathroom floor was not completely clean either.
Staff was nice though.

Great place. Nice hotel with awesome service!! Highly recommend it for coming to Cleveland Clinic.
