The check-in took over an hour as we waited for our room because the rooms weren’t cleaned on time. We had a scheduled event to go to, and we were almost late because the room was not ready. The toilets in the women’s restroom were clogged with toilet paper and would not flush. This hotel could use some upgrades. The buffet breakfast was the best part of the stay.
