Couldn’t get access to apartment

Fire alarm
Publié le 18 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat location to the flats. Very cute place. However, fire alarm needed battery and was ten feet up so we couldn’t replace it. We communicated with owner and said he had contacted someone. No one showed up. Texted again… crickets… 2 fifty year olds slept on couch in living room because of noise. Couch was comfortable but prefer a bed. Need a handyman close. It is a good crash pad for a night. Also, washer and dryer not in unit.

Nice place. Bad experience
Publié le 18 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayI had to constantly talk with the property manager, who was very responsive. This was a bit of a hassle while traveling. The cleaning lady walked into the room twice on the wrong day, without us letting her in which was quite a surprise. Then our truck had its window smashed and property stolen in the parking lot directly connected to the building and recommended by the owner which was a very awful experience on a cold Cleveland day. I contacted the owner regarding that and he seemed genuinely concerned, told me he was just walking into the office and he would contact me back... but he never did. So the place is pretty nice but the customer experience, service, and neighborhood were bad.

Comfy and stylist apartment, good location downtown within walking distance of attractions.

The Cozy Cave was perfect for our stay in Cleveland. We were in the city to see one of our favorite bands at the House of Blues. We loved how close we were to everything, especially that we were able to walk to everything on News Years Eve. We will def stay again if we need to visit the area soon!!
