Well lit parking lot and they take dogs. I love this place - very clean and I always stay here on my annual cross country trip. Lovely staff to boot! I feel very safe here and when out walking my dogs. LOVE this hotel.

Stay was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast really hit the spot, tasty. We're always hoping for better coffee at the breakfast bar, it was just ok. We'd definitely stay here again. Plenty of space to walk the dogs too.

Rooms great!

The hotel was clean and room was very nice ,comfortable...and inviting. But on my arrival, they claimed I had to run my credit card as Hotels.com showed no payment!, but on review of statement, it was there! Hotels.com price $136.26, Front desk charged my card $143.55, 2 times! hoping Hotels.com sorts this out!

Property was as expected for a normal Holiday Inn Express. Clean and everything needed worked in room. No issues with room. Issue came at the beginning for checkin. My fiance and I booked through Expedia to save money. We had to put separate names of adults on each room. This made check in ridiculous. The staff was new and had to call multiple people to help get it done. Tried to say we only had one room at first. Tried to say we hadn't paid already when we paid weeks ago. Couldn't use the same card for both rooms when it came to the incidental charge we have to pay at check in. It took us over 45 minutes to check in. To be told the manager will let us have the room and he will fix it later. Hopefully we don't see a double charge later. Almost makes me not want to use Expedia or come back here again.
