Great house for families
Publié le 28 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family had a great experience here. The house was clean, the yard was very large, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Host was very considerate even with little things like making sure the air conditioning was set to a comfortable level prior to our arrival. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the desert!

Quiet neighborhood and great home

Publié le 23 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were disappointed there was no bbq grill. However it didn’t matter because the patio was covered in a quarter inch of dust. The host explained that they don’t clean it because it just gets dirty again. Hmmm?? Could use that logic throughout the property. When it comes to floors they do. Living room carpet was filthy. Only surpassed by the disgusting kitchen carpet. Three pieces of furniture in the living room. A very uncomfortable couch and chair, covered by blankets and a broken wicker chair which was not only uncomfortable but also dangerous. It was a nice match to the broken kitchen chair. There were several items on the property that required attention. It’s not like they were unaware of the problems as they nicely put green tape with warnings on them. The washing machine didn’t work. Again they were aware of it because they said to try it on the express wash. There it would soak and spin. Not an actual wash.
In short, the host finds it much easier to make excuses and apologize than to clean properly and repair things.

YES, you don't care, sir, for our cheap rates and simple 4 bedroom home without a bbq that we never stated we had. . NOTE: I have 4.86 (out of 5) star reviews out of 76 reviews in other sites. FYI- I discovered you OVERLOADED THE LAUNDRY, which MOST people know THAT YOU BALANCE THE LAUNDRY OUT BY NOT MIXING HEAVY AND LIGHT LAUNDRY TOGETHER. Please remember that for the next home you rent, and I gave you a refund for your time in washing your clothes elsewhere and I do agree with you about kitchen chair and rug. Will remove both asap. My rug was destroyed by other guests and the chair handle overused by guests, but table is made of MARBLE, so have to hire to remove rug underneath it. Lastly, the DESERT ALWAYS HAS WINDY DUST, so when you eat outside, so you are aware that dust will be present. The patio table was cleaned b4 you arrived and still has dust. I also use VRBO to stay at places and it's always recommended to that guest do their research for the rentals, not just reading reviews. I advise you to do that in your future travels or have someone else who is able to do that for you, Mr. Graham. Happy holidays and thank you for your stay.

Spacious well appointed house
