The Perfect Stay
Publié le 1 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe perfect cottage, close to all the fun and excitement and of course the beach ⛱️. The cottage provided all the necessities of home, they thought of every little thing to make your stay complete. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Coca Beach.

Wonderful Stay in Cute Cottage

Grandkid trip
Publié le 16 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThree days and a half with our grandson in FL. We chose Cocoa Beach for proximity to Sea World and the Kennedy Space Center. We chose our wonderful VRBO for beach access. Also we found the area walkable to shops and restaurants!

Best Cottage Ever

Great Stay
Publié le 6 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis vacation home is exactly as advertised! Great location in downtown Cocoa Beach and a block off the beach. Everything provided to walk to the beach and enjoy the day. Great spot for our family of three and will definitely use again in the upcoming years.

What a Gem!

We appreciated Debra Concepcion’s friendly communications and explicit instructions. That made us feel welcomed and set expectations that were easy to meet.We have stayed in Cocoa Beach many times in previous years for family gatherings, but from now on, we know THE VERY BEST place to stay.

Thanksgiving holiday
Publié le 27 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayOverall this is a great property to stay if you have a pet. Bed was very comfortable and the property is private. Small but cozy and very cute place. They had snacks for us and dog bowls to use. close to beach and great restaurants across the street. Could use a deep cleaning on floors. And disinfecting to get pet smell out. But would definitely recommend and stay again.

Thank you Michelle, hope you all had a good time at the Art festivities downtown! As you can see, all of our reviews are very positive about our cottage cleanliness - we haven't had a pet in this cottage for quite some time, but it has been a very wet month so I think maybe the humidity of the recent rains and saturated grounds from the hurricane might be mistaken as a pet smell, and is temporary.
We steam clean after every guest, use only essential oils for freshness, and have made sure our floors got extra attention after your stay. I assure you our onsite caretaker is very meticulous and is taking your suggestions to heart! Thank you for your visit and we welcome your return!
