Publié le 24 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayit is so charming and what was once a private residence was divided into different cottages with use of common areas. really liked it and i was happy to not be in a hotel with noisy guests other people but quiet would reccomend this place. was relaxing

Publié le 23 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayBathroom smelled like urine. Pool area was not very appealing, including the pool with vacuum in it, and leaves. Washing machine sounded like it was going to launch into space, and also smelled like mildew. Lots of rules about being quiet, but it sounded like some one was cutting siding next to us. I’m not quite old enough to have my AARP card yet, but felt like I needed one to stay there. Check in process may as well be a background check. Cameras everywhere… creepy. I’ve rented alot of VRBOs, and never had that experience

Cocoa beach stay
Publié le 12 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayPleasant stay. Nice to have treats on arrival. Great response from Lisa when we had noise issues two nights in a row. Next four nights- no problem. Close to beach. Sand wagon was a godsend.

Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis unit is very small. Tv is in bedroom so no sitting on the couch and watching tv. The pictures on the website were probably taken some time ago. Things don’t look quite as nice now. A lot of traffic right next to property was very noisy. The bikes they said they have were not useable and the beach equipment was lacking (only one chair).

More than we expected!

We arrived to the property, with a key code to our suite, and voila! We were home!
The accommodations were clean, with access to many local shops if you are on foot.
Wifi, Netflix, Roku were among the few subscriptions to watch enjoying our morning coffee.
Place was relatively quiet, even though it is close to the road.
Well stocked with starter amenities ( coffee filters, cookies, waters in fridge, small bags of snacks)
We were supplied with all the cookware if we had a longer stay, to cook our own meals.
Very close to the grocery store (Publix) and Cocoa Beach Pier.
The pool area looked very nice & welcoming even though we did not take advantage during our stay.
Highly recommend the Shell Cottage for a couple, or young family with young children.
